We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our services. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your deposit.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must request within 14 days of project commencement. Work already completed will be billed hourly.
Refund Process
Contact us to initiate a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
Custom development work cannot be refunded once significant progress has been made.
